Well, I need to get back to fatsecret. After hitting my low of 178.5 sometime before Christmas, I went into a period of struggling not to gain weight. Even though I never truly went off of my diet AND I was lifting weights 3+ hours a week for 3 months, I stagnated. Then, I had one bad month (vacation in there as well) and my weight ballooned up to 195. Now, I had been in the mid 180's while lifting and so I attributed that to muscle weight, so jumping up 10 lbs didn't seem to be a problem. However, I've been running 15+ miles a week and reducing my calories and carbs for the past 3 weeks, yet I'm stuck around 190. I have this uncanny ability to go off for a couple of meals on the weekend and jump up 6-7 lbs, which takes the rest of the week to lose. I'm very frustrated and while I'm fairly good at estimating calories and keeping them low, I'm at the point where I think I'm missing something - so here I am. I really need to be in the low 160's, which is depressing (I used to weigh 250 though).
