I'm thinking of joining Weight Watchers. I just feel like I can't do it alone. I love the support here, but I think I need something more because I'm really struggling with losing weight. I'm bummed... sigh.

If you need more then an online support group, do it! Only you know where your weakness lies. Just as only you know where your strength lies. I found I did better once I had a goal in mind. (I want to take my daughter dancing when she turns 18 next yr. I want to feel young and thin that night.) That thought is what is keeping me motivated. I did FS in the past and it didn't stick. This time I became involved in the FS community. It has helped me a lot. If you need more then FS, that is OK! Asking for more help/resources is a wonderful and brave thing to do! It take courage to admit to needing more. Don't be bummed, just except you need more and go do it!
