Camm's Journal, 30 January 2008

Hey everybody! I've been pretty busy this passed week and haven't made time to record journal entry's and check on you guys but I'm back! My weight has been holding steady with no gain so that's a good thing. I'm eating 5 small meals a days and I'm not eating any bread and very little sugar. I'm sticking to complex carbs and lots of fruits, veggies and yogurt. I'm also eating fish, chicken and turkey. I'm still hitting the gym and shooting to lose at least 3 lbs a week. I'm going to do light cardio and weights today.
