I need to eat less junk and drink more water, I started out with great intentions this morning but then I got to work and it was one of my close friends birthday and she had cakes....too tempting unfortunately.

Tomorrow I will do much better and i'll drink more water.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It will get easier. Just keep trying your hardest. Don't eat bad all night now though because of the cake. Slap your hand for the cake and keep moving. The more junk food you eat today the more guilt you'll have tomorrow. You still have a chance to still lose weight. Pull that water out! :)
