Well it is another start to a beautiful day. Lets see if I can make good choices and stay positive all at the same time. It really sucks that I have to watch everything that I put in my mouth. I guess I should not complain life could have dealt me a different card.Something worse that I could not handle.I have a long day of work ahead of me as well as hitting the gym after.Time for me to buck up and just do it. I well do this for my health. Failure is not an option!!!!!
