So here I am, multiple fails at dieting since my "big weight loss of 2010." I've gained 20 pounds of it back and didn't get off the last 30. My doctor said 150 would be fine, so somwhere between 35-50 pounds is my goal. My true goal is to look and feel young, not like a mom (which I'm not). Weight Watchers and Couch 2 5 K worked before, so I'm giving them another try.
My ultimate goals: To wear a size 8, everywhere To feel fine, young, and happy.
