Today was another good day...Did not drink the water that I wanted to (was at the zoo today with my daughter) but will make up for it tomorrow! Dinner was a yummy one, and that always settles well...Hoping to see more movement in the scale later in the week....But im glad that i saw a little bit....every bit counts! GO YELLOW
