Today I started the Supreme 90 program. The meal plan was written by Tosca Reno who I admire very much. She is such a champion of clean eating and the plan is very much so. 6 "meals" a day. It's a lot of food. Today I couldn't finish breakfast and I skipped a meal. I felt I was eating all day though!

The workout was fast paced and I couldn't keep up. I will next time around for chest and back. And I'll use 10 lb dumbbells instead of 3 lb.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
