So, I got my first treadmill yesterday and I may have gone a little overboard today. I got up early this morning and did a 20 min workout on it before I went to work. Then, this evening, I wanted to try out the iFit and Google Maps stuff so I walked/jogged a 10K in St. Louis from my basement in Colorado ;) It took me 2 hrs and 5 min, which I know is a long time, but I jogged 1/3 of it! The jogging I did in small increments until I got up to doing 1/2 mile twice without stopping! Keep in mind, I have never jogged a 1/2 mile in my entire life! I am so proud of myself! Now, I hope I can walk in the morning ;)
