Ive decided i want to run as well, being a non runner i found a plan, 2 min warking 1min running , 2 min walking 1 min running , 2min walking 2 min running, 2min walking 1 min running, 2 min walking 1 min running. do this for first week then increase by 1 min on each the running the next week then increase the longest run by a min the next week then decrease the walking to a min the next week and increase the running by a couple of mins the next week and so on till your running longer and walking less , this plan takes weeks which will build staminer , rather than pushing it to quickly and getting worn out.

Thank you! That is exactly what I have been doing. it has only been 2 weeks and I am walking 1 running 1. I feel pretty good. I can do that for about 20 minutes. I am going to increase the time by the end of the week to get to 30 minutes. Next week I will increase to walk 1 run 2.I thought that I was in pretty good shape but this is shown me something new. lol I will continue to post my progress. Wish me luck!Good luck to you!
