i am finding being at school it is difficult getting exercise throughout the day... sitting in 3 classes i am sitting around for 6 hours or more it make me feel like i should be doing something else... and its hard to take a walk between classes cause i have to lug around all my crazy heavy stuff and i cant leave it around... i may join the gym here though just so i can do something here at school so i don't feel like i am slacking quite so much... It is kinda hard trying to follow my diet as well i feel like i am always hungry and thats all i can concentrate on thus i eat what i am not supposed to... can anyone give me some tips on how to curve this and maybe something i can do between classes as some extra exercise... thanks everyone... :)

Well, I know that before this diet (and still) I have a habit of eating even when I am not hungry. What I do now, is I drink water between meals and I find that a eat quite a bit less. Try carrying a water bottle with you to school. Also, its not always how much you eat, as it is what you eat. Try eating healthier foods that will fill you up, rather than other foods that will leaving you feeling hungry because you aren't getting enough nutrition out of them. Take a multi-vitamin too, it helps with the energy bit. As far as getting exercise at school, why not try taking the long way to class? A few minutes of extra walking won't kill you, and it'll add up too. Hope I helped babes.

I'm a student too and the only way I can be successful is to plan ahead. Before I joined a gym near campus, I would come to school early and run around the track. The showers at the school gym are open to anyone so I didn't have to walk around all gross and sweaty. For food, I literally carry around a bottle of water, and some sort of snack for when the munchies hit. And when I'm on campus ALL day (9AM-10PM), I will buy an apple or yogurt or something for an afternoon snack, instead of chips or candy. Just take it one meal at a time and you'll reach you're goal.

Remember they usually have hard boiled eggs in the cafeteria too. Walk Walk Walk up stairs in your dorm. Skip the evelator. Someone here says they do jumping jacks everytime they go to the bathroom. Or do lunges down your hallway when you walk back to your room. Dance during tv commericals. Any time you can do little extra moves it will help! Study doing sit ups. Everytime you do a sit up you read a little more.
