GOOD EVENING, I AM VERY TIRED. WE TRAVELED YESTERDAY, TRAVELING MOST TIMES CAUSES ME FATIGUE THE NEXT DAY. THIS IS ALSO THE FIRST DAY IN 3 WEEKS WE HAVE NOT HAD COMPANY. I DID FINISH A PROJECT THAT ALLOWED ME TO SIT AND WATCH THE MASTERS. I TOOK A NAP AND WILL BE READY FOR SLEEP AGAIN SOON. TOMORROW, I WILL BE BACK AT IT AGAIN, I HOPE WITH ALL THE ENERGY I HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH LATELY. I HAVE TO GIVE A PROGRAM ON RECYCLING ON TUESDAY AND ALTHOUGH I HAVE DONE THE RESEARCH, I AM STRUGGLING WITH MY APPROACH. IT HAS BEEN A BEAUTIFUL DAY, A GOOD DAY TO RELAX AND TAKE IT EASY, I HAVE NOT DONE THAT FOR A WHILE, IT FELT KIND OF GOOD. I ALSO HOPE THAT I AM BETTER ABOUT MY FOOD CHOICES THE REST OF THE WEEK. I WOULD LIKE TO CHALLENGE MYSELF TO DRINKING MORE WATER, LIKE MAYBE 5 GLASSES A DAY. WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW THAT GOES. I HOPE ALL OF YOU HAVE A PERFECT TOMORROW.

Water is soooo important to weight loss. For a lot of people, it is one of the hardest things to learn and to do. If you weren't a water drinker to start with, it is a big curve to get used to drinking so much, BUT you can do it!! Good luck with your presentation. Have a great week.
