So I've lost about 4 pounds in the last two weeks, I'm really happy about this! It's a steady and healthy weight loss. I figure that the reason is probably because I've actually been eating the right amount of calories to lose weight. I wasn't EXACTLY sure how many I was supposed to eat to lose, so I have just been eating between 1200 and 1500. I just calculated my BMR and I'm basically supposed to eat between 1200 and 1500. So I've been doing it right. I'm glad that I'm trying hard enough to lose weight now. My BMI is at the high end of over weight...I think I'd just about die if it went on to say "obese" :S
