I know it is only a few days....but I have always had a hard time eating the cal. intake...but today it was amazingly well. I exercised regardless of the rain and all was good. I am still looking up eating real food for weight loss.... and I find it a good thing that helps keep me focused. This is a good time for me to focus and exercise because I am off work for the summer. Still hanging in. :)
