Hari ini fix, gak mikirin timbangan dulu!!! Jam 9 malam makan Mie aceh+ayam penyet dada, udh gak bsa ditahan lagi, padahal tdi sore udh kebut cardio yaudahlah disyukuri ajaa, Allhamdulillah...
