Are you getting enough calories and eating enough throughout the day? Are you eating omega's? Try adding chia seeds (for at least a week), extra virgin coconut oil and avocado in. That should help. If that doesn't change anything, try adding in good carbs for 1-3 days and then go back to the low carb. Hope that helps... If t

Also, check your iodine levels and start taking a good iodine/iodide supplement. Your body needs it in order for your thyroid/metabolism to function. It could take a month or longer to notice the difference. Take a seaweed/kelp supplement if you can't get an iodine supplement. Another important one is oil soluble thiamine. It's very important for fat metabolism. I really like the Nature's Plus Keto Slim, and no sugar added plain spirutein. They are low carb and high in the vitamins and nutrients you need for weight loss.

After looking over your diet calendar I see that you haven't been following the Atkins plan at all. If you haven't read the book you probably should and also you should visit their website. They tell you all the foods you can eat for each phase on their website. It's not just about counting carbs but it's about eating healthy whole foods also. You should be getting 12 to 14 net carbs in vegetables. There is a lot to learn and doing it the right way is essential. I wish you the best of luck!

simply go to the Atkins site and read all the great information. Knowledge is power. you cannot do this without understanding the science along with the proper nutritional intake. Also, google low carb and all other sites will give you the rundown on low carb. You must have a better understanding, not only that, you will be motivated to see all the succes out there. You can do this, start today and keep moving forward.

Southernldy has a point. Review the acceptable foods list for Induction and keep it handy for reference. If it's not on the list, it's not for you! You might even give the sample menus (in the book or in the "Atkins Quick Start Guide" pamphlet) a try....eating only what's on those menus for a week just to help you get the hang of it. Once you get within the parameters of Induction - consistently - I'm sure you'll start to see that scale moving downward. Good luck.
