One suggestion for you; I know it's tough really, but you need to fit in more than coffee for breakfast. I feel sick in the morning and never hungry. This was the hardest thing I think for me to change. I started by eating a few bites of leftover chicken. Then I'd have a few bites of LF cottage cheese. Id only eat a few bites that was like 1/4 cup. People would ask me, "Thats all you ate?" Yes, and it was work to get that in! Then I started eating one soy sausage link, 40 seconds in the microwave and good soy protein! Breakfast really is crucial here. SB recommends 3 meals a day plus your snacks between breakfast and dinner. You're doing so great and though it might not sound like it, eating a few bites for breakfast will really help in the long run! Let me know how it goes.

I tend to agree with ImLuuved, you do need to fit in more for breakfast because your body is hungry (even though you don't feel it) from working while you sleep but you are doing amazingly anyway! Well done sweetie!
