Last night, got home after work, hubby had dinner cooked. Garlic toast, spaghetti, salad made of spinach leaves. I had my salad, 1 bowl of spaghetti, 4 pieces of garlic toast (It was actually hamburger buns). Then we went for a walk. We walked from about 6:45p to 7:45p 4,555 steps at a very intense pace, per my fitbit tracker and 1,146 steps at a moderate pace. My total steps for yesterday was 12,990. Checked my sugar before bed, it was 147. Got up this morning, it was 103. It has been quite some time since my morning BS has been below I will say 125. My usual morning average is between 125 and 135, usually riding closer to the 135 mark.
