Week 1! Fantastic! 8.8 lbs lost. Week 2! Frustrating! 0 lbs lost.
I have another 2 days until week 2 is completed. I can tell my metabolism has already adjusted to the plan. I need to keep it guessing. I am missing this week's goal of 5 lbs. And not for a lack of trying. The Pizza on Tuesday was what did me in. I couldn't resist that one extra slice. I've been working hard to work it off and then some. I'm going to literally be taking extra steps in the next two days to see if I can't break the second week curse.
This happens every time. I'm used to it. I also have another more personal issue to attend to. However, I am happy to report fewer headaches and migraines this week. That's something!
