Did really good yesterday until my husband wanted some macaroni and cheese. I had 1/2 cup and it threw me over my 25 fat grams for the day and took my calories from under 1200 to almost 1500! Unbelievable! It wasn't even that good. Next time I'll eat a carrot!
Today I'm feeling really good hunger wise, but my stomach has been upset and poopy all morning, also my back hurts really bad. Probably need to drink more water....
