I lost .6 lbs in a couple days even after an epic cheat. This week im going back to my high 45% protein and 40%fat with 15% carbs. i do feel tired and have lots of cravings. i am fasting anywhere from 16 to 21 hours a day. i will see how this works for a couple days.
