Here are my meals from last 2 days... I did OK... I was more hungry so I took in more snacks that I could have. I worked out too hard and I was way hungrier... *sighs* I've gotta drink more water. That's the problem, I think.

Saturday, July 21st (Day 2 of Cycle 1)

Breakfast: 1 yogurt with plum
M#2: Small salad
M#3: Grilled Salmon with Kidney beans and a cup of white wine
Snack: Carrots with hummus
M#4: Stir-fry vegetables
Snacks: Popcorn (GRR at my boyfriend for making one - so I had some. Darn my weakness!), trail mix, & bits of wheat crackers & laughing cow cheese
Workout: 40 minutes on elliptical, 30 minutes DDR

Sunday, July 22nd (Day 3 of Cycle 1)

Breakfast:
Wheat of Cream with berries
M#2: Chicken Salad at Del Taco
M#3: Salmon leftover with 3-bean salad
Snacks: 4 Dark Chocolate pieces, wheat crackers with cheese (I had like 3 slices of low-fat mozz cheese and 2 laughing cow cheese pieces)
Workout: One approx hour of DDR

Looks great! Keep up the good work! I think I read that you can have popcorn as a snack, so don't worry, you are ok!

You can have popcorn as long as it isn't the super buttery kind. I realized recently that my daughter has DDR and I think I will have to try it out one of these days.
