Now that's a more reasonable post, where was that before? You came in stating calories don't matter when it is the most important part of weight control.

I made a long informative post relating to calories on March 20 which will also help answer those questions and related aspects.

I make a mean keto waffle that is low carb, it would be awesome with peanut butter on it. you have me thinking. I also made Keto/blueberry jelly this weekend. for a topping for my keto waffles. Sugar free syrup cooked on low w fresh blueberries until the berries burst, added a pinch of xanthum gum it thickened up just like jelly. where there is a will there is a way!!!!!

It is the carbs...sugar in jam and the waffles, and most peanut butters have sugar. We all love it.

Quit claiming carbs are the superior energy source. You do realize that fat sustains life and claiming that carbs can halt fat loss, you're claiming it is superior to other macronutrients? Not all populations on earth have readily available food. Science disagrees.

Looks tasty to me, but I always say eat what you love; just in moderation. Maybe try something else with similar calories and macros that you like to eat better! Have a healthy day!

Another variation with only 250 calories is two slices of toasted organic multigrain bread, with water/peanut butter powder blended, and sugar free preserves/jam.
