Ruined my calories over the long bank holiday weekend. I will probably not weigh myself on Friday as I know a gain is coming my way. I’m going to limit my calories to 1000-1200 instead of the usual 1400 to see if I can even out the calorie intake for the week (probably not, but worth a shot 🙈)
