I don't undersatnd why I'm gaining instaed of loosing
156.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I do. According to your food diary. You are not eating enough to lose weight. Your body has clearly gon into starvation mode.
