I have been going through a ton of personal bull this past week and of course it is lingering into this week OF COURSE. So as usual I have been eating everything in sight. Last night I prepared a meal fish, oysters, rice with peas and mushrooms and for a change I wasnt hungry. This morning I went back to my sideby one boiled egg. I have tried the oatmeal, grits, and now I have cream of wheat but I am just not in love with the stuff. I have special K with berries at work. When I eat a egg in the morning I am just not hungry until lunch. Today i had a tuna fish sandwich. I know I have been out of control but you know when there is void missing you gravitate towards food. I feel that I am getting back on track.
