Lost that nasty half a pound and that is good, but I am still shooting for that less than 200 pounds soon very soon and I just have to be more and more patient and be good to myself.
204.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
