Day 1 of my diet, not quiet sure what I am doing but have definately quit soda, bread, potatoes, desserts, pasta(which I truly love) and am trying to cut down on red meat.

I believe I will stick mostly with breakfast/cereal & milk
lunch tuna or chicken, salad, and plenty of water. For dinner Chicken or tuna a salad and a yougart(Yoplait) and flavored water.

I am trying to loose 80 pounds by the new year, to look and feel better my ankles really hurt and am truly praying for a good job offer to help keep my mind off food, while at the same time I am working on quitting smoking with God I am sure I can achieve my goals. I sure could use a good diet menu I guess my other curse is that I am a really good cook obviously too good. lol
