have been feeling great eating once a day, and eating mostly protein. I do feel tired and sleepy mid-day but feeling great. i do feel a difference on my clothes. and finally using size 7, hopefully soon i will be in the 6. i will weigh on the week-end another 3 lbs loss would be amazing.
