Yestreday I deviated a bit and had ravioli and cheese and crackers. My body just seemed to be craving carbohydrates. I'm back on track this morning and hope when I weigh myself next week the results won't be devastating.

I keep reminding myself this is a marathon. It's difficult when I would like to snap my fingers and be 140 lbs. I'm buying myself a pair of walking sneakers today and will try to start with three days a week and build from there.

It is so hard to stay 100% on track all of the time. In fact, I don't think it's possible - and not necessary to lose weight successfully, as well as you only deviate occasionally! Don't worry about it - just put it behind you and get back on track right away. Good luck with the walking! Leanne

Leanne, thanks for the post, I needed it. that's always been my problem, once i fell off the wagon so to speak I would just give up. Not this time. Yesterday I stuck to it and had a big salad for dinner. I will weigh myself Wednesday, wish me luck. Roxann
