Okay...well I didn't walk my normal 6 miles at 3mph. My blisters on my feet are killing me. So I walked 3 miles this morning on the treadmill at 3mph but this evening I had to end up walking just 2 miles at 2.5 mph because of the pain. So I have walked a total of 35 miles this week. Tomorrow I am still going to eat right but I am going to give my feet a break. Feel a little guilty about not working out tomorrow or that extra mile tonight...but ugghhh...my feet are saying "I NEED A BREAK". Ugggh. What to do what to do?
