I weighed yesterday (Fri) and was 173 but weighed this morning and was 175! How depressing! The one thing I can think of is that whenever I eat dinner later at night it seems to show up the next morning on the scale. I'm not going to worry too much about it this week. I'll just keep continuing to watch what I eat and hope next week the weight goes down again. I'm in tax season right now also so its hard to fit in exercise. I'll try to stay motivated!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
