Tough week with the exercise and eating right. After being stalked this past Tuesday I had to put my kitty Miss Molly down. She was a wonderful friend and pet of 15 years.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
