What percent of my calories should be from carbs? Even though I am eating low calorie, I have a feeling I am consuming waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too many carbs. Anybody know what percent, or how many grams, I should have daily?

You can use a calculator like this: http://www.my-weight-loss-advisor.com/protein-fat-and-carbohydrate.html it seems like you are doing great thus far. I gained weight due to cancer, however, when I was following 40/40/20, in an 1800 calorie diet, it seemed to work well for me, mainly because I was eating so little carbs, but the recommended amount of carbs falls between 35-45% for a normal diet.
