So since I was 18 I’ve been doing slimming world on and off. I started up again mid October and managed to lose 13 pounds (Just could not hit that 1 stone mark!) Around Christmas I ruined everything and started having small gains. I started FS a few weeks ago and began a calorie counting diet, focusing on eating healthy, satisfying meals and I must say that health wise I’ve never felt so good! Thank you for all your support 🙂
