So far so good. This is really hard to get used to. Until I started recording what I do, I had no idea how little I move throughout the day. My course at school requires me to sit on my butt at a computer all day, and I get very little exercise at home. Today I am going out to buy a scale. I think it'll be helpful to know what my actual weight is, that way my progress will be accurate. Tonight I know I'm going to put myself behind. I planned a girls' night for tonight weeks ago. Lexi is coming over for cocktails. I will not drink too much. I will not drink too much. HA. Wish me luck.
