Hmmm, Up a bit from last week, and not happy about it.
Cheat day this week was epic, and I justified it as a Fathers day thing. It came about as an impromptu party as I was making a cake, and a friend was having a BBQ, so we merged events. These people know how to eat. My friend is probably 300 lbs plus, and his wife, she's a big girl too. God bless them. His wife showed me her pinterest and it was nothing but recipes for lots of yummy foods! Wow. Anyway, another case of "gotta be careful over there". Our kids are friends and we work together, but socializing might be limited for us if I know what's good for me.
Afterwards I fell stuffed, sick, bloated, and did not sleep well. Even next day on my bike ride I felt full for a while. I did have plenty of energy for the ride though.
And that brings about another problem. This upcoming weekend it is more of the same! A Brunch and my Wife's Birthday dinner. So, yech. I think I am cancelling the brunch. It's for people leaving the island, and not people we are particularly close to. So eff that.
Today, Cereal, Routine, Schoolwork. Maybe bike ride after work too!
