The pounds aren't dropping but the jeans are falling off of me... that is a good sign, right?
This week I focused on keeping my blood sugar within reasonable limits, experimenting with spikes and finding the foods which will keep my blood sugar level most of the day.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Hate to tell you this but the cookies, bread and linguine all in one day are going to effect your sugar big time! WHITE is poison to a diabetic and should be eaten very sparingly. I do this and have lost substantially in two months and reduced my diabetic meds. I fill up on protein (meats) and low carb vegetables. Up to you... God Bless
