its been 5 yrs since i was below 200 in 2013. had no idea but i review my weight history fat secret very good for that type of data thing. i'll be darned but its time to get down there again. i want to see 180 or less. but for right now i'll be thrilled with 180. one day at a time. hate that summer is practically here already where i live. my new plan is to head straight to the gym after work. get my workout in where its theoretically a/c'd its getting too hot to walk outside. i'll have to hit the bike or treadmill elliptical i loved walking outside but maybe im ready to hop on one of those machines.....
