Day 3 of my diet! managed to do 30 minuted circuit training and a small walk with my dog yesterday! Unfortunately today I don't think I have time for any exercise, although I will try to make the effort to go for at least a half an hour walk! I feel my diet is going ok, although the real test of dieting for me is during the weekend but at the moment I feel determined and motivated to loose at least 1 kilo per week so this weekend will be full of fruit and vegetables for me. and few glasses of wine. I think I will prepare a lentil soup for Saturday and Sunday and satisfy my apetite with that!
