If I eat what I have recorded for dinner, then I will be within my calorie intake limits (1162 when my limit is 1100-1200). Day one on the fat-flush has gone well so far. I feel so great about myself right now. I'm a little hungry, but dinner is soonish and all will be well. I really hope I don't slip this time.
EDIT: I went over by 83 calories. Gah. Oh well, better try harder tomorrow.
