I did really bad yesterday! I ate pretty well during the day while I was at work (except for those couple pieces of chocolate) and I came home and made dinner, but then my friend came over and I did ALOT of snacking with her. Not such a great idea! I felt really sick and full and just downright disgusting after I did that.
Today needs to be better.
