I haven't been on here since January and I gained back all that I lost. I'm sick of it. I should weigh at least 25 pounds less. I'm 74 and on prednisone for the past 5 years. I try to tell myself that's the reason I gain, but it's probably from lack of exercise. Hopefully posting on this site will give me motive.
