It's going down with intermittent fasting and Keto. Yeah!!

Yaaaay! Are you following a specific plan or modifying it to fit your own tastes? I’ve newly started low carb intake and constantly looking for inspiration and ideas!

I've been on low carb for some time. Eating two meals a day...lunch and dinner (low carb). I was stuck and went on an egg fast for three days..it triggered weight loss again. Of course, I'm also walking and biking five days a week and weight lifting three days a week. Stay away from sugar, wheat, flour, pasta, potatoes, beans. I mostly eat meat and vegetables...and of course eggs, bacon and cheese.

Thanks!! My boyfriend started doing Atkins again and having a lot of success... so following suit. Definitely no / low carbs, and cutting out sugar! Wishing you much success on your journey!
