Up .2 today, no biggie. 214.8
Ate a bit more than usual last night at supper. Had 3 eggs, veggies, and toast. I was hungry after work!
Today is indulgence day! Yay! I started it out with a 21 mile bike ride so I start with ~1200 calorie burn! It was a good bike ride. I am pretty sure I got a police escort through a village I should probably not ride through (It is off limits, but its in my "path"). I dont think I will go back again, I get too many looks from the police, and riding on roads that appear to have been on fire recently does not give you a warm fuzzy, lol. I can do my 20 miles without going through there. Its a damn shame because it is a really good ride for me, but about 1.5 miles of road goes through a Shia neighborhood.
For breakfast wife and I went across the street to the base and had eggies and bacon. We did not have groceries for a proper "post 20 mile bike ride" meal (BACON!). I saw some people eating oatmeal and yogurt near me. I will know I have arrived at my destination when I am eating yogurt and oatmeal after a long bike ride. I have a ways to go, lol.
Today we are invited to a friends house for fajita's, so we are having an impromptu Mexican fiesta. I am also baking a Triple Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Icing! Sounds yummy, and with this crowd I know there will be no leftovers.
Anyway, I have schoolwork to do! Yech, last thing I want to do right now.
