Have you logged absolutely everything you ate and drank over the weekend? Even if it's not something you want to think about at least if you do you can look back and see how your choices affected you and maybe you'll have a bit less of a naughty weekend next time. Just a thought. Have a good week!

Thanks Phooka! I did indeed, but pretty obvious what killed the weekend was Easter cake tasting.. all those cheesecakes oh my.. it was kinda worth it even thou I'm feeling awful today 🙂 I'll be a good girl from now on! Well most of the time 😉 Have a great one yourself! x

My go to chocolate thing when I need it is coco pops for 30g u get a big bowl full for just over 100 cal
U feel like u have cheated but u have not and feel satisfied n craving gone xx take care xx
