Dairy free experiment going well so far.
The spot on my chin is healing and there are no new ones. My skin is feeling less inflamed and looks less greasy. There seems to be less blackheads.
The scales say my weight this morning is 60.5kg.
My abdomen feels less bloated and I feel more energetic.
Drinking more water as I am feeling thirsty a lot.
All good so far. :)
