Oh my god.......
So I decided to go out with my friend for a Chinese for dinner today... Big mistake! It was lovely savouring the spring rolls and crispy seaweed until I was entering the calories into my diet calendar and I realised (or more like remembered) just how calorie-laden Chinese food is!
I can suddenly feel every single gram of fat sliding onto my hips and tummy! I don't think I'm going to be looking forward to my weigh-in tomorrow! We'll just have to see how it goes... :[
