Okay...my weight isn't dropping but my inches are!!! Lost 4" off my waist in the past 3 weeks and 2 off my hips. I'm so psyked but it's hard because the scale isn't falling. I just hope it will catch up so I'm going to keep going. I just did full body measurements yesterday to keep better track and I started walking and lifting weights so I hope to see results soon. Got to go walk....see ya.:)

That is awesome! Those are great results with the inches off. You have inspired me to measure today! I should have done it over 2 weeks ago when I started. It is frustrating when the scale isn't budging much, but I'm sure it will eventually. I heard yesterday that muscles can become swollen when you are really working them and your weight can go up or remain the same for about 6 weeks before it drops. Keep up the great progress! Rachel
