Had chicken and a big salad for lunch, and a quarter pound burger and creamed spinach for dinner. Made sure to drink a lot of water. Creamed spinach might not be a wise choice for weight loss. I did have two stale graham crackers and that's the last of them. Thought about bringing a Hershey's bar for snack today...just didn't feel like it so I just left it in the bottom drawer of my fridge.
Got to go to the store for some fruit and lunch supplies in about an hour or so.
